So grains are a double dose of trouble which should be seriously averted when looking to reduce weight utilizing the paleo methods.
The final item on our list that I’d like to bring to your consideration is processed, artificial and refined sugars. This is essentially a no-brainer I’d think at this time, because everyone knows that glucose is one of the logic behind why individuals gain a lot of bodyweight. Not only does it make you fat, but it really makes you sick and unhealthy and will cause you to run the risk of acquiring diabetes.
