Losing weight is often a decision that many new brides to be decide to do before their wedding day. This can be a very stressful time for many young or mature women and finding the right information in order to proceed safely is imperative.
But losing weight can turn into an obsession for some people at the cost to their health.
Before starting any new program, it’s wise to have the information you need to make good decisions.
Here are some key questions you might want to ask when looking at a weight loss program that promises you what you want the most and that is to lose those pounds and inches in order to fit into your beautiful wedding dress.
Is the program a safe should be the first question you ask?
If no data exists from credible sources, then it may be better to avoid starting such a program..
Second, does the program starve you? You should know that programs that restrict your eating without replenishing with nutrient dense foods to feed your body what it needs to rebuild, will make you lose muscle mass and dehydrate your body. The problem with such programs is that you will lose weight but you will also lose muscle mass
Third, if the program lets you eat real food, what kind of food are you eating? This question begs a few more. Is this food something that your body will be able to extract the proper nutrients from? And what about contamination, in other words, toxins?
As a matter of fact, toxins and obesity have been linked together in some of the latest studies.
How so? It seems that to protect you from being harmed by these toxins, that your body will produce fat to surround the toxins.
So if dieting means eating non-organic foods, there could be weight loss, but after the diet there most certainly will be weight gain again. Why” Because the toxins have not been removed.
Lately in the news, are new programs being advertised that talk about cleansing the body of toxins in order to lose weight. This is a good thing.
It should be noted, however, that removing toxins is not enough. There are also lost nutrients in the process and if you don’t replenish with nutrient dense foods, your body will not be able to rebuild while it cleanses. Always question programs that don’t provide this extra step.
Because you are a busy person who is getting ready for a very big event, your wedding day, you may not have the time to think about what is best to eat or not eat and you certainly won’t have the time to follow a special diet weighing every ounce of food that passes your lips.
However, you can lost weight fast and safely without worry of regaining those pesky pounds and inches. You can also feel confident that the food you eat will be of the highest nutritional quality to help your body rejuvenate, replenish and revitalize.
Answers are there for those that are looking.
