Since the creator of this program is a dietician the problem is really focused on eating healthy and eliminating all the junk food from your diet in order to lose belly fat fast. One of the coolest parts of the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet is the fat burning foods that the creator shares with the program. He has lists and lists of foods that will naturally burn stomach fat and it’s enlightening to see some of these foods. This combination of calorie confusion along with eating the right fat burning foods is what makes the dieting program work so well.
